Pre-Pregnancy Split Routine Workout
While this workout could be for literally anyone, I am posting it here, under pre- pregnancy workouts because I designed it with an emphasis on core awareness, stability and control— while of course, still touching on everything else!
As mentioned in my previous post on the
neutral position of the spine, core awareness, stability and control is important… throughout your life (first of all), but perhaps, even heightened throughout pregnancy.
